Penny Larceny: Gig Economy Supervillain is an unabashedly anticapitalist story, which believes black lives matter and trans rights are human rights. Anyone disagreeing with these ideas is likely not going to enjoy the game -- we encourage you to play something else that you'll enjoy more instead.
While we touch upon some difficult subjects in the game, there is very little graphic or intense depiction of objectionable content. Our goal is not to indulge in shock value and purposefully upset anyone. The game should be perfectly safe to present to an audience, if you are a content creator or streamer. We recommend providing the link to this content warning for any viewers who may require it, and that should be enough.
One thing we will absolutely spoil up front: Gibson the cat does not die, and does not come to harm. He can be captured or put into physical comedy situations but he'll be totally fine.
Because you can follow many different paths through the game, this content warning is broken down by where you will find potentially triggering content. You can click / tap / select / etc. any topic to expand it and see a more spoiler-heavy breakdown of what is depicted.
